These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mind Measure websites and applications, including mindmeasure.app and mindmeasure.co.uk (together, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Mind Measure
Mind Measure Ltd ("Mind Measure", "we", "our", "us") provides a digital wellbeing monitoring platform designed to support self-reflection and early awareness of mental wellbeing trends.
Mind Measure is not a medical service, not a diagnostic tool, and not a replacement for professional mental health care.
2. Eligibility
You must:
• Be at least 16 years old, or
• Be authorised to use the Platform through an educational institution with appropriate consent arrangements
By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of the Service
Mind Measure:
• Provides wellbeing check-ins and reflective feedback
• May use optional text, voice, or video inputs if you choose to enable them
• Generates indicative wellbeing signals for personal awareness only
The Platform:
• Does not diagnose conditions
• Does not provide treatment, therapy, or medical advice
• Does not monitor users in real time
• Does not detect or predict self-harm or suicide
4. Not an Emergency or Crisis Service
Mind Measure is not suitable for emergencies.
If you are experiencing distress or feel unsafe, you should seek immediate professional support:
• In the UK: NHS 111, your GP, Samaritans on 116 123, or emergency services on 999
• Local crisis resources may also be signposted within the Platform
Do not rely on Mind Measure in urgent or crisis situations.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree:
• To use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform
• Not to submit content that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful
• Not to attempt to identify other users or reverse anonymisation processes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Institutional Use and Aggregated Data
Where Mind Measure is provided through an educational institution:
• Individual-level data is not shared with the institution
• Institutions may access aggregated, anonymised insights only
• Minimum thresholds are applied to prevent re-identification
Mind Measure does not provide institutions with tools to monitor individual users.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and branding on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Mind Measure.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal or authorised institutional use only.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• These Terms are breached
• The Platform is misused
• Required by law or regulatory guidance
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Mind Measure is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of wellbeing outputs
• We are not liable for decisions made based on Platform outputs
• We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the Platform instead of professional support
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may update the Platform or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
